Our client wanted to rebrand their popular online veneers company and help automate many of their sales processes.
They were spending a considerable amount of time on customer queries and so wanted to streamline everything as much as possible, including moving to a new, faster server.
What We Did
Modern branding for the client website, their customer documentation and improved backend systems.
Our designers worked with the client to create a new logo and then custom artwork for their brochures.
Once this was signed off we worked on moving their website to a new hosting provider and then updating pages to give a more modern, streamlined look.
We also discussed a number of ways of using email, SMS and custom Woocommerce statuses to improve customer engagement.
Through the whole process the client saved a lot of time on customer support queries. They also benefitted from more sales thanks to their new website refresh.
